What you eat and drink are crucial in determining your state of health. It is important to try to eat a healthy, balanced diet and to keep the things that we all enjoy, but that we know are not good for us, to a minimum. It is also vital to ensure that you drink enough water to keep your body working as it should (try to have around 6-8 glasses of fluid each day).
