Who We Are
The Centre of Health and Wellbeing (CHWB) is a social enterprise with charitable status. We aim to work with both employers and conference and event organisers to improve the health and wellbeing of their employees or delegates. Our holistic approach to healthcare is encompassed in our product, Wellbeing Health and You, which delivers a range of health and wellbeing services to organisations. The product helps employers to identify health issues among their staff which are in need of attention, thus preventing time off work. We run services, such as those outlined below, to help us finance bespoke programmes of health improvement for people from all backgrounds and communities. Our service helps people to take control of their lifestyle and enhance their existing healthcare treatments. CHWB aims to improve the general health of everyone in the community, but will initially target those with long-term conditions.

Our Key Objectives
1. To empower people to manage and improve their health and wellbeing. 2. To create a healthy, productive workforce and society.
3. To reduce absenteeism for the long-term sick, thereby reducing employers’ £13bn UK-wide annual absenteeism bill.
4. To reduce hospital admissions of people with long-term conditions. |
